The one exception to this is that all World Bosses must spawn within the time frames of 6:30 - 8:30 AM/PM EDT and 12:30 - 2:30 AM/PM EDT.
For example, if one World Boss spawns at 7:00 PM EDT, the next World Boss will spawn 5 hours, 53 minutes, and 30 seconds after, the next will spawn 5 hours, 25 minutes, and 13 seconds after, and so on.
